Dr. Cebulko, a native of Saint Joseph, Missouri, earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Missouri Western State University. She went on to attend medical school at the University of Missouri in Columbia and completed her pediatric residency at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri.

She practiced as a general pediatrician with Lakeside/Mosaic Pediatrics for 20 years before founding Peacock Pediatrics in the summer of 2020. Dr. Cebulko has a strong interest in preventive care and ongoing health maintenance, and she also enjoys treating patients with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
